This PEMF mat is in the top 3 or 4 purchases I ever made. I got a sauna that helped me breathe. I got a Reverse Osmosis water system that I like. That's more a general knowing my water is good (I test it frequently) than a sudden impact feeling though. Then there's a phone (not bought on Amazon) that works in my new house where my old phone always cut out and lost calls.I'm writing this in paragraphs. I hope it comes off like that rather than one long review. Anyway- I was having some memory loss since my Mom's funeral. I have a route with about 40 stops. I know this route like the back of my hand. Yet every now and then I'd forget a stop. Little things like that were starting to wear on my mind. I was wondering if I was in the early stages of dementia/alzheimers. It was starting to become worrisome. I found an interview where a guy was talking about a PEMF, Exercise with Oxygen, and Red Light Therapy protocol. This was very interesting. I was ready to spend about $12,000 (for all 3) I was so excited. Fortunately they didn't answer the phone. The next day I tried. No answer. On Monday I tried again. Same thing. I've tried 3 business days to contact these people, and can't get anyone to talk to.

By now I'm looking for other options. I found another place that had the PMF mats. They had 3 different models. From $3-7,000. I liked these people. Had a great talk, but still wanted to look around. I figured I might as well try Amazon, because there people will leave real reviews. I've left 5 star reviews and I've left 1 star reviews. There was one on here (this one) for a touch over $1,000. I figured it's worth a try. The original one I saw (the company that didn't answer their phone) was $5,000 for their PEMF mat.

I got this one, and the first day (8 minutes) I could feel something was going on. Hard to explain, just a little pulse in my back. I wasn't sure if it was actually doing anything though. Day 2 (20 minutes) was feeling better. Kinda like when ya hurt your back and go from can't hardly walk to where you can lift light boxes. Same type of feeling with my foggy mind.

By day 3 (20 minutes) the fog I was going through was lifted. Again, it's difficult to explain, but there's a clarity I have in my head that I haven't had in about 1/2 year. I'm writing this in January, and the onset had started in June. At first I thought it might be the stress. After awhile though, I was wondering if I was ever going to get back to normal.

So yea, I'm very pleased. I've already told quite a few people about it. I don't know what other ailments it can help with, because I don't have anything else. I also want to add that I don't really know all the settings. There's a P1 and P2 setting that are preset to whatever they're set to. I was told P2 is the most common one, so that's what I use. There's a P3 setting where you set your own frequency, depending on what your ailment is. I have no clue as to what setting I might need. P2 has worked for me.

I would highly recommend this. At least try it. There's a list of quite a few things it can help with. Again, I can't verify those, but I know it lifted a fog in my head that I've had for months. I love this mat!!!! I just used it for a few days and I felt so much better in all aspects. Great that is has different settings for different moods or problems. I made my own schedule when i what which treatment. If i have a moment I feel stressed, I just lay on in for 10 minutes and get up refreshed! I am also using it for my older dog who loves to lay on it and he runs better than ever! I can highly recommend this product!

It is recommended to use the mat on a firm surface. For me this makes it difficult to use it anyplace except the floor. Because of my condition it is difficult for me to get up off the floor. However, the mat works great. Very relaxing. Glad I purchased my own mat instead of multiple trips to the doctor's office. Seems to be good quality. I will let you know in a month or two.

It is amazing to have all body pain relieved in 3 sessions in one day! Cut back on my pain meds the 1st day, Tremendous relief in just the 1st 20 min session. Its hard to have imagined after 26 yrs since being crushed in a serious MVA leaving me disabled and with open fractures and paraplegia. I have suffered tremendous nerve pain. Am very thankful to have learned about this omi pad. It was good to learn about the right frequencies to start with. For me getting instructions from the very knowledgeable people who sell this was vital. I needed a lower frequency. This is different for my husband who needed a little higher frequency for good results . He read and researched PEMF products, after some friends told us about the wonderful results they are getting. We purchased the ring by the same company.. it targets specific body parts that are painful, like knee, sore foot, elbow, shoulder, neck. With both of these , if frequency is not right for you it can even increase pain from too much detox at once. I found relief from 10hz on the p3 program for 20 min. My husband P3 20hz for 30 min on mat. We are so grateful to the makers and seller who are so kind to us!

I purchased this OMI pemf pad after comparing specs with Bemer, Imrs200 and others. I had heard about Bemer from other people but am a little off put by them after finding out they use multi level marketing to sell their product. Although I have not tried the others, this model uses the square waveform, which has been studied, and has all of the frequencies that I am currently interested in. It comes with a sheet that gives protocols for different conditions which is really great! I used it for heart health and sleep at 2hz for 20 minutes, I feel more relaxed and, surprise!, my back was aching for a few days and that was very much relieved with the first session. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I have been using the OMI PEMF full-body mat for several months now. While the effects might kick in slowly, they are definitely noticeable. I have experienced increased energy, better sleep, and improved mood.

I use it in the mornings and afternoons for about 20 to 30 minutes per session and do some reading while I am at it.

I purchased this product at the recommendation of my chiropractor. Of course I was laughed at by my family but was insistent on giving it a fair trial. I have bone on bone in my neck and hip issues as well. After just 2xs I could tell a difference! I began using it twice a day for a week and had no more pain. I didn’t realize the difference it made until my mom wanted to use it and realized such a difference that she didn’t want to return it ! I will be purchasing this product again… I just won’t let anyone borrow this one!

I’m very happy with the OMI Minimat. I purchased it to help me primarily with recurring low back pain. I also suffer from tooth and jaw pain related to TMJ. I was a bit skeptical that it would make a difference, but with consistent use (about twice a day for 4+ weeks), both issues have improved. I have been able to play tennis and go for a run without the post-workout back pain that usually shows up for me. I also find that using the PEMF therapy seems to give me a sense of wellbeing. I like the size of the minimat as it is very versatile. I sometimes use it while sitting at my desk or laying down and reading. I try to use it at least twice a day, ideally in the morning and the evening. I find that if I use the higher frequencies too close to bedtime that I feel pretty energized, so I’m now switching to the lower frequencies at night time. The remote is great, but I added labels to help me remember how the different programs work. See photos. I go to a natural medicine Doctor Who does electro magnetic therapy. I was looking for something to use in between to treat aches and pains and to stimulate the organs. This mat is perfect. You can control the time and it comes with a booklet that tells you what settings to use for which areas of the body. I feel so much better after using it for a few weeks . Less pain , more energy and vitality.

I use the mat morning and evening as the controller allows for different settings. I put a pillowcase over mine but it's not necessary. I have 2 other kinds of PEMF devices but they aren't a mat format. The great thing about the mat is you can reach more body areas and it's easy to store . It's lightweight and can be tucked away nicely when not in use. Another thing.. if you get 2, you can use one on your back and one under legs at the same time. This allows you to sit up instead of lying down when getting treatment. And if I have any questions or trouble at all, there is a lovely customer service agent available. The device comes with a chart of body conditions and the frequency settings to set on the controller to help you receive the best benefits. You can't hear the mat working unless you put the mat up to your ear. So.. its nice as it won't disturb your peace and quiet. There are so many studies and research on PEMF benefits that it's worth a web search to see if this kind of treatment would help improve conditions. This is a great at home product to assist with healing from fractures, to aches and pain. It's lightweight and easy and simple to use. I would definitely recommend this product to someone who is looking for healing therapy without using any type of drug.

I purchased this mini-mat over a year ago and have had issues with the controller logging out within a minute or so of setting a program. I stopped using it - due to some arthritic and back issues, brought it out to use. It kept shutting off. I contacted the company and received SAME DAY response assuring me that they stand behind their 3 yr. warranty and would send me a replacement controller. They sent it out immediately and was received within a few days. My mini-pad is up and running again.

I truly believe PEMF is an effective way to help restore/improve many health issues. I'm thrilled to have my OMI mini-mat up and running again.

I have only one issue - finding a complete list of frequencies for various health issues. I've searched online high and low to locate settings for excema and similar skin related maladies and have only found the same basic charts. Any help with that would be appreciated. Although this OMI PAD only provides a maximum output of two gauss, the product itself is programmed to change the output at different frequencies, so it can effectively eliminate pain and discomfort in the body. Just lie on it and it will be fine. I like it.

What I want to complain about is that the international shipping is only gift box packaging, without an outer box to protect the product. This kind of shipping is too simple. I hope it can be improved.
